Escooter buyers be aware! Segway Ninebot F2 escooter is tested only with a 165 lbs weight load to get the claimed performances including the 18% slope climbing claim. The claimed 265 lbs maximum load it is a false advertisement, it won’t climb any slopes with that load. Actually it stops climbing slopes with 225 lbs loads already, with 100% charged battery. Segway Ninebot technical service do not care about their product especially if you are not buying directly from them. They will try to BS and lie to you. Customer satisfaction is not their main priority, they are not operating by honest USA standards. False advertisement on performance is their norm. They refuse to take back an underperforming product. Do not support this brand!
