Worst company to do business with. Not raliable

I bought from SimplyEV an E110A and they did not provide the manufacturer's certificate origin(MCO) saying that I could easily get it by myself. After many attempts of trying to get it by myself, following their recommendation, I could not get it. I've sent many emails and called them multiple times and so far NO answer to my emails or calls. Now the number I have from the manager(Octavio) is disconnected and the other number doesn't answer.
